Pandamo Edu AR App ("Pandamo") is owned and operated by Unikomi Enterprise ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Pandamo Edu AR App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, educational purposes
• Supervise children's use of the App as a parent/guardian
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (graphics, stories, AR models) is owned by Unikomi Enterprise (trading as Pandamo) or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without permission.

5. Accounts & Access Codes

Some features may require registration using a code from the Pandamo storybook. Each code is for one account and limited to two devices.

6. In-App Purchases & Refunds

• Some features or content within the App may be offered as in-app purchases.
• All purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
• Prices and availability of in-app purchases may change. Refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant platform provider (Google Play/App Store). Parents/guardians may contact support@pandamo.my for billing support.

7. Parental Consent for Purchases

• Children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) may not make purchases.
• A parent or guardian must approve and complete any purchase or subscription.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Who We Are

Pandamo Edu AR App ("Pandamo") is run by Unikomi Enterprise. We provide fun, safe AR learning experiences for children.

Your Child's Privacy

• We collect only minimal information: nickname, age group, device type, and a parent/guardian's email (if needed).
• We do not sell or rent your or your child's information.
• Parents can see, change, or delete their child's information at any time by emailing support@pandamo.my.
• Some data may be stored or processed outside Malaysia but always under strict security measures.

Safety & Security

• We use industry-standard security to protect data.
• We only keep information as long as necessary to provide our services.
• Children cannot create accounts or make purchases without parental consent.

In-App Purchases

• All purchases are made by parents or guardians.
• Prices may vary; refunds follow Google Play/App Store policies.

Parental Responsibilities

• Supervise your child's use of the app.

• Each access code from the Pandamo storybook is for one account, up to two devices.
